• Resolve incoming calls concerning members eligibility, benefits, provider information, monthly premium billing, clinical and pharmacy needs.• Manage calls and route to appropriate departments when applicable.• Coordinate membership changes such as member's primary care physician and/or medical group.• Comprehensive resolution of pharmacy calls concerning benefit coverage, co-pays, formulary coverage, vacation overrides, and utilization management requirements.• Provide status information regarding enrollment applications, deductibles, maximum out of pocket amounts, pharmacy/medical prior authorization requests.
