Employee Relations Administrator
Current• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for over 150 applications per month as well as conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.• Act as a liaison between employees and Partners to resolve workplace issues, improve overall employee satisfaction, address any grievances, and provided solutions to maintain a positive working environment.• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.• Assist Administrative Department in various tasks including but not limited to booking travel, client relations for over 2,000 clients, tax return distributions, and other duties.• Ensure that all employee relations matters are handled in accordance with labor laws and internal guidelines, mitigating risk to the organization.• Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development. • Coordinate all logistics for conference participation, including travel arrangements, accommodation, organization of presentation materials, registration, and any other associated duties• Facilitate networking opportunities by arranging meetings and social events with industry professionals.
