Digging deep to understand the wants and needs of an owner drives my strategic approach to crafting RFP responses for clients across the country, both new and returning owners. I have the privilege of working with a wide variety of subject matter experts to understand the intricacies of specialized facilities in numerous markets, pulling information that will help differentiate Gilbane among other firms in the mix. Knowing the right questions to ask, pushing our team to challenge ourselves, and a thoughtful approach to creative graphics is how I like to keep the ball moving.   Lead and manage Ohio/Western PA GSMS efforts, working as a strategic partner to support the region's sales team in proposal management/development, workload coordination, information packets, staffing recommendations/lists/resumes, and marketing planning/execution.Partner with BDMs nationally, providing strategic guidance to RFQ/P responses, implementing creative approaches, graphics creation, and direction in themes/client custom content. Process typically includes coordinating a team of BDMs, GSMS team members, JV partners, A/Es and consultants on a short timeframe, while never missing a deadline.Average 2-3 simultaneous pursuits at any given time, with 60+ RFQ/P responses completed in 2021.
