During my time instructing at All In Academy, I had the privilege of leading cheer and gymnastics classes, where I focused on developing athletes' skills and fostering a supportive team environment. My responsibilities included designing engaging lesson plans, conducting skill assessments, and providing personalized feedback to help each student reach their potential.One of my proudest achievements was successfully preparing a team for regional competitions, where our athletes showcased their hard work and dedication, resulting in several top placements.
