Firmly cemented The Bonnie as the leading location in Astoria to host weddings and receptions. Fine tuned the program further to reach more corporate groups and reoccurring clientele. Took on two additional locations to manage and build the event program, while overseeing the training of new event managers in the company. The Bonnie was also awarded the winner of “New York’s Favorite Restaurant” in TimeOut Magazine 2022.

Built an event program from the ground up. I closely worked with the Executive Chef and operations team to revamp menus, tighten sequence of service and increased the profit of all events ranging from corporate socials to wedding ceremonies and receptions.
