I specialise in leading business change and strategy, applying a psychological perspective to leadership and people impacts when rolling out change on the ground. Having completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with First Class Honours, I took part in a unique exchange programme in Behavioural Insights (a new field of study for NZ) partnering with PricewaterhouseCoopers for my thesis. Now, as an Organisational Change Manager at Freightways, I thoroughly enjoy a role that embraces my passion in psychology and workplace change. With a background in finance, IT and stakeholder management, I have over 20 years experience working in retail, banking, energy, telecommunications and local government entities. I specialise in how to best engage with, and influence, stakeholders and develop relationships with people to effectively implement change. As a business consultant for many years, I am proud to have had the chance to make a difference to some of New Zealand's largest "home-grown" companies including Foodstuffs, Regional Facilities Auckland, Spark, Auckland Council and Freightways.
