I am the co-founder and Operations Director for Change Oasis. I ensure that the business runs smoothly and effectively, utilising my world-class organisational skills and empathetic approach to ensure clients receive the support they need. I manage finance, marketing and operations.My previous career included work in real estate consulting and media, providing support to leaders and teams to enable them to perform at a high level.When I'm not organising things at Change Oasis, I am often providing emotional support to friends and family. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
