The following is a summary of current/recent MCo clients and projects.DEXUS - Marketing Director for the Waterfront Brisbane development, responsible for the creation and management of brand visioning and positioning, placemaking, commercial and retail leasing campaigns, content creation, public relations, community engagement, and digital marketing, including the development and creation of a custom-built Waterfront Brisbane app, to create a thriving precinct strategy.DEXUS - Senior Manager, Digital Integration overseeing the digital integration strategy for the AMP Capital transaction, including integration strategy, investor and leasing journeys, UX, project management and ongoing stakeholder engagement for the successful delivery of this significant acquisition integration project.ARKLIFE - General Manager of Marketing, Operations and Communications, responsible for the current and prospective resident experience, brand building of existing and future developments, renders and photography, marketing campaigns, public relations, digital marketing, and creation of the wellness brand and other ancillary subbrands.CLARK / BARNES - Communications Director for the brand and marketing refresh for an enduring architecture firm based in Seattle, Washington. This project included a brand refresh and an overhaul of the entire marketing toolkit, including new a website, collateral, resumes, project case studies, social media strategy and all new content to position the firm for increased exposure.

As the Communications Director at The Durst Organization, I worked within the marketing team to develop and drive the strategies, tools and communications needed to convey the organisation’s core values, principles and brand across the commercial, residential and development business units.

As the Marketing Communications Manager, I was responsible for the creation and implementation of the national strategic marketing plan. My objectives were to increase SHAPE's brand exposure and recognition, communicate key messages and capabilities to the market aligned with identified client needs, and position marketing campaigns and activities aligned to sales efforts to maximise marketing spend and ROI. I was also responsible for the rebranding of ISIS Group Australia to SHAPE Australia in 2015. Throughout this process I was charged with creating and implementing the external and internal marketing and communications strategy from start to finish; leading the new name selection and rebrand design process, chairing the crisis management team, managing media relations, creating and overseeing internal communications, identifying and rebranding each brand element and channel within the company and analysing ongoing sentiment and campaign success.
