CurrentHighly motivated relationship builder, data savvy, and results-oriented business partner who acts as a strategic internal consultant to the business in all facets of recruitment, selection, onboarding and the overall candidate/employee experience. Formulate partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Serve as the face and voice of the firm in the marketplace, responsible for strengthening the Harris employment brand and presence.Maintain collaborative, strong consultative relationships with candidates, hiring managers, interviewing teams and key business leaders with the ability to inform, influence, and negotiate.Leverage data and insights on business competitors, the talent market, compensation trends, and recruiting intelligence to regularly educate and inform hiring managers of current state best practices.Partner with People team members and Firm leaders to create and implement best-in-class and diversity-focused talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives to grow awareness of opportunities at Harris, as well as networking with passive talent pools and partnering with third party recruiters.
