Recent client projects include:- Delivered a series of bespoke workshops, in person and virtually via Zoom, including development of all learning materials, to support staff affected by organisational restructuring and potential redundancy.- Designed two sessions for fellow self-employed Human Resources professionals and facilitated them online via Zoom.- Collaborated with commercial and public sector stakeholders to conduct a training needs analysis for a new piece of equipment. Developed learning outcomes for different identified user groups which included e-learning and face-to-face training to be delivered in person and virtually.- Completed a scoping exercise (SE) to establish the requirement for a full training needs analysis to support the introduction of a new £30M+ Defence equipment. The SE involved: primary and secondary source research through stakeholder engagement, desk-level research, and benchmarking; triangulation and analysis of the evidence gathered; production of a training delivery plan; and a SE report.- Facilitated a team-building workshop for primary school staff following restructuring and multiple new staff arrivals to create a more cohesive staff approach and increase staff morale.
