I help individuals and organizations lead with coherence in body, mind, and meaning through Embodied Leadership Coaching, Somatic Mentorship and Wilderness Therapy. I believe that we humans are inherently whole and that we thrive in connection. I also believe that without meaningful connection, a sense of belonging and creative expression, we wither, both creatively and relationally. So, I create communities of belonging in the workplace and the world that nurture resilience, authenticity, community, and creativity. If you really knew me, you would know:-I was born and raised in Canada, ripened in Indonesia, currently blooming in California.-I lived on an island in Indonesia with no motorized vehicles for 12 years. My feet are wide and sturdy because of it.-In 2008, I Co-Founded a Yoga studio and Freediving school and helped grow them into a thriving retreat and athletic development center -As a Freediver, I set 18X National Records, won Silver at the World Championships and dove to -98 meters on one breath. My longest breath-hold is 7 minutes. -I believe that play is a spiritual practice, Nature is the best medicine, and human connection is what we are all here for.-My favorite word is courage.
