My former boss called me painfully curious…here’s why.My name is Kate Miller, and if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I will never stop asking “why?” I am an empathetic and passionate storyteller who has an unwavering sense of determination and curiosity. My unique point of view allows me to see the world from a different lens than the average joe, and I use my curiosity and creativity to my advantage every chance I get. Every lecture, presentation, pitch or puzzle I am presented with, I become captivated by the “why” of it all. I challenge assumptions, look for evidence, consider alternative perspectives and interrogate every slide until I can understand and define the overarching problem. I like to solve problems. Someone once told me “if your dream doesn’t scare you, it's not big enough” and that has stuck with me ever since. I believe that creativity takes courage, and I am looking to push myself out of my comfort zone and surround myself with brave and curious like-minded people. I want to be challenged and questioned and unthink everything, but most importantly, I want to dream big.
