Current- Ensures that human resource programs support the long-term goals of the company
- Performs professional work of considerable difficulty overseeing a range of administrative functions related to human resource management, employee development, and customer service
- Conducts regular human resources training for employees and supervisors
- Enforces company policies and practices
- Administers the new hire orientation and 30-60-90 day reviews
- Manages the human resource processes including working with the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) to administer employee health and welfare plans
