As an entrepreneur and owner of 360 Health, I offer health and life coaching services as well as public speaking and education services to individuals and businesses.As a Health Coach, I offer coaching, education, behavior change tools, and inspiration to help clients shift their behavior to healthier habits so they can reach their health goals. I take a 360 full circle approach where together my clients and I develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices (exercise, relationships, career, passions) that work best for them. As they integrate those choices into their lives, they make lasting changes that result in improved energy, weight, balance, happiness and overall health. Synergistically, the client experiences improved health and well-being from the inside out and the outside in.In my endeavor as a Health Coach, I'm looking for people who are motivated and have the means to work with me to achieve their health goals. Many of my clients are stressed out, fatigued people who are struggling with issues like: weight management, inordinate relationships with food, emotional eating, nutrition confusion, exercise inertia, out of control stress, and low energy. They are looking to gain control of their health to look, feel and be their very best.When wearing my Life Coaching hat, the focus is on helping clients motivated to reach their current life goals which generally fall into one of these four categories : relationships, career, finances or spirituality. As a public speaker, I bring health and wellness education to organizations to inspire and teach audiences to make changes necessary to live happier, healthier, more productive lives.
