Kate leads the Engineering and Product teams at OpStart as they build out an MVP for a Client Dashboard for Founders and their Investors.Kate led the Product department at Moonrise: a SAAS Dual-Sided Staffing company fully owned and operated by American Family Insurance. Kate owned product strategy including go-to-market plans, positioning, product marketing + messaging for the Moonrise Technology team. Recently she championed and launched RemoteCall, new Outbound Client telecommunications engagement software that became the sole revenue driver for the company. She marketed + onboarded over 500 new B2B users in the first 12 months of RemoteCall's launch. Kate established feedback pipeline for Moonrise to drive business outcomes using qualitative and quantitative data. She focuses specifically on Product-Market fit and retention.Her partnership with the engineering team enabled a 36% bump in dev productivity via experimentation which resulted in daily launches and an average Sprint length of 2 weeks.Kate has over a decade of experience helping small businesses scale through automation. It was an easy transition into Product Management where she continues to translate business needs into tech solutions.She was co-founder of Oasis Collection's Chicago operations (an Airbnb competitor that specializes in luxury and professional stays in 20+ cities worldwide) and ran the UX Copywriting department for Parkwhiz (#1 Parking app in the US).
