Front line operations for assets in Austin County, Texas and Creek County, Oklahoma for 29 wellbores.-Manages workover rig as company man for repairs and improvements on well depths up to 4500'-Directly overseeing facility, equipment and wellbore maintenance for three injection and twenty six rod-pump wells, including but not limited to, pumping unit repair/maintenance, flowline installation, steel and fiberglass repair and replacement and fluid transfer pump maintenance-Manages all regulatory, state and county paperwork on monthly basis and as required with the Texas Railroad Commission and Oklahoma Corporation Commission -Responsible for company finances, including invoice payment, expense report consolidation, Quickbook accounting, and all JIB for 25+ partners -Purchaser of equipment and supplies for day to day operations, as well as major projects -Performs technical analysis and data acquisition using Echometer software and equipment or Weatherford Pump-off Controllers to increase field production and provide engineering feedback for rod pump optimization -Handles all document control in regards to well files, geological data (i.e. well logs), well bore diagrams, as well as the associated technical integration to digitize these documents
