Working on delivering digital and cross-channel analytics to better understand customer behavior on Dynamics 365's enterprise Customer Data Platform, Customer Insights.

- Led the product vision for an intern team of six developers and one UX designer to create Read My World, an Android application designed to empower low literacy people to improve their vocabulary by learning about the world around them. - Championed the compliance process including Security, Privacy, Global Readiness and Accessibility reviews and ship guidelines. - Planned and completed extensive user research to narrow the scope of target audience, as well as identify user pain points to inform the decisions of Design and Development. - Set and evaluated performance metrics and telemetry to evaluate success and gain quantitative insight into the usage of the product. - Acted as Scrum Champion to create and manage the product road map and daily scrum meetings.

- Responsible for developing and implementing workshops for youth aged 6-12 in the areas of Chemistry and Computer Science

- Handled room bookings for club rooms in the Queen’s University John Deutsch University Centre. - Provided on-site AV set up and support for student events.- Acted as an information source for students about various on campus resources.

- Data Centre Services Branch, High Performance Computing (Integration) team, Archiving and Cloud Services division. - Used BASH Scripting to extract, reorganize and re-archive datasets of up to 30TB.- Automated this process for future usability and to fit the needs of the client.

- Provided basic level IT support to non-technical personnelwithin the society.- Installed software, modified and repaired hardware andresolved technical issues.- Maintained and monitored workstations for 20 staff.- Provided end-user troubleshooting and desktop support on Windows and Mac systems.

- Worked with a team of other Computer Science and Computer Engineeringstudents to create and implement 8 weeks of summer camp curriculum for youthages 7-16. - Developed camp curriculum focused on Computer Science and programming, withemphasis on Python and C languages. - Delivered workshops at local elementary schools that were created alongsideprovincial curriculum to give youth a hands-on STEM learning experience.

- Developed weekly programming aimed at teaching children ages 3-5 basic ski techniques.- Worked one-on-one with young skiers to improve their confidence and technical skills.
