Senior Business Operations Analyst
CurrentResponsible for leading strategic projects focused on customer success and support process improvements.- Collecting and documenting business requirements - Building technical design docs based off project objectives- Completing regression testing and facilitating UAT- Working with the business to build enablement materials and rollout plans- Owning post project feedback collection and retrospectives- Tech stack SME for success/support technologies including SF CRM, SF Experience Cloud, Dooly, Docsend, feedback tools, Jira, Confluence Currently focusing on projects geared towards creating efficiency and standardization & preparing for company expansion and sustainable growth.
