•Design, implement and evaluate county-wide (population of over 400,000) Healthy Improvement, Behaviour Change and Domestic Abuse strategies, programmes and interventions.•Consult on a range of Health & Wellbeing topics at local, regional and national level (workplace health, domestic abuse, obesity, smoking cessation, mental wellbeing, justice health).•Design and evaluate training for public, private and voluntary sector organisations.•Contract manage commissioned programmes and manage grant funding.•Provide coaching and mentoring to new and aspiring Public Health Practitioners and Managers to improve confidence, resilience and wellbeing.

•Lead Health Coaching programmes across Wiltshire in community, workplace and prison settings - A health behaviour-change coaching service to support individuals with weight loss, stopping smoking, reducing alcohol and mental wellbeing. Oversight of Health and Wellbeing coaching team.•Act as tutor and mentor (1:1 and group) for Health Coach cohorts undertaking City & Guilds and Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH) qualifications.•Lead the development and relaunch of Erlestoke prison's Health Coaching Programme - where offenders are trained to coach their peers. •Recuitment, training and assessment of Community and Prison Health Trainers and line management of Senior Health Trainers.•Lead the recruitment, training and oversight of Volunteer Community Health Champions across Wiltshire. •Deliver Health Behaviour Change training as an accredited Making Every Contact Count (MECC) Trainer.•Design and deliver bespoke training for a range of Public Health topics, including weight management, smoking cessation, alcohol, mental wellbeing and more.

•Lead a regional team of Health Coaches, providing line management and supporting recruitment and training.•Using evidence-based approaches, to support individuals and groups to make positive changes over 6 sessions, managing a caseload of clients to support with lifestyle changes and mental wellbeing.•Delivery of Health and Wellbeing presentations and workshops to community, clinical, workplace, military and prison audiences
