During my time at Creation Station, I organized and lead activities for my assigned class that included reading, small group exercises, crafts, and play time. I worked with students to develop skills to help them prepare for kindergarten, such as writing read, large motor skills and learning to socialize. I was promoted from Teacher’s Aide to Lead Teacher within 7 weeks to lead a classroom during summer, working with kids ages 2.5 to 12.

The Plains, Ohio

During the summer of 2019, I am completing an internship with the Ohio Auditor of State. I am learning how to use Teammate, an interactive software our team uses to work on audits and other procedures for government entities, and UAN, that the entities use to file their information for auditors to use to ensure their audits are properly performed.

I was chosen as Mistress of Ceremonies for an internationally attended ceremony in July 2018 by the Supreme Worthy Advisor, international leader of the organization. I hosted a charity dinner and dance for over 100 people and raised over $1,700 for the Alzheimer’s Association, which was the charity I personally chose to advocate for. I utilized Snapchat, Instagram Remind and email to communication information about events, service projects and goals to over 300 people.
