- Define scope of projects in collaboration with management team, partner groups and customers- Create detailed work plans identifying and sequencing activities and resources needed to successfully complete the projects- Manage technical, administrative, schedule, strategic communications, and customer stakeholder relationships throughout the project- Effectively coordinate activities of various resources and business partners, including engineering, procurement and suppliers

- Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner- Participate in data analysis and problem resolution - Establish, improve and simplify process flow and specifications
