Kate is responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of DivcoWest's people programs, company values and corporate culture. As Chief People Officer she provides strategic direction and expertise for the full scope of the HR functions across all offices, domestically and internationally. Kate ensures that DivcoWest's organizational design and talent management is innovative, engaging and in alignment with the company's growth goals.
