My training has reached across a wide range of industries, including: Consulting (Deloitte), Automotive (Audi), Hospitality (Hilton), Financial Services (Freddie Mac), Pharmaceutical (Pfizer, Astra Zeneca), and many others. My career coaching practice focuses on helping clients find their strengths and make career transitions. I help clients through the entire lifecycle of the job search, from determining a career direction to writing a resume and preparing for interviews. Past clients have achieved career transitions in 2-3 months with jobs at companies such as Google, KPMG, and Caesar's Entertainment. I apply this diverse set of teaching and training experiences to create customized training programs for corporate clients. I focus on creating engaging, interactive, and informative training sessions designed specifically to meet each client's goals.

The Management Associate Program at Bridgewater is a rotational management program. Over my five years in the program, I worked in eight different departments across the company and was promoted regularly. I gained extensive experience in team management, performance management, change management, and all areas of Human Resources. Transformation management- I had several roles where I was asked to manage an under-peforming team. My responsibility was to turn around the team and hire a permanent manager within 6 months to a year. I did this for teams in Corporate Real Estate, Operations, Corporate Services, and IT. In these roles I managed the budget, developed strategic plans, re-designed team's organizational structure, and improved the performance of the team members through assessment, development, hiring and firing. Chief of Staff for senior managers including the Head of Back Office and the Head of Facilities. Responsible for all day to day oversight of the groups as well as thought partnership with senior leadership. Worked directly for CEO on project to design comprehensive talent management lifecycle that was implemented as a best practice. Recruiting for Management Associates- I was selected to recruit for incoming Management Associates from top undergraduate and business schools. This included on-campus recruiting, case interviews, behavioral interviews, and making hiring decisions for incoming Management Associates.

I taught second grade in a public school in Bedford Stuyvesant, New York. In addition to teaching, I was responsible for developing original curriculum and overseeing 8 City Year Corps members for an after-school program in our school. Every day the program had 50 students ranging from first to fifth grade.
