CurrentWe’re in the midst of the rise of a new economic force: mobile, even nomadic, consumers, professionals and business people who increasingly trust on-demand services who want our needs met immediately. We want things just in time delivered to us where ever we are. And flexibility, that’s a given. As a result, the relationships we form with any and every brand is changing. Transience pervades. We’re fickle – it is frequently quoted that we are only loyal to about 8% of the brands we buy from. This is unsettling – being fickle, dubbed a ‘switcher’ doesn’t sit well. However, in the near future, once we establish the trust to share our data, we’ll connect to a sophisticated infrastructure of technologies that actively and automatically monitor, improve and maintain our wellbeing. Trust will be awarded to brands that facilitate our involvement. We want to co-create the stuff that we let into our lives. We delight in, become engaged with and empowered by the things we’ve helped create – then we concord and comply. The way we travel, working environment, exercise regime, social lives, meals and therapies will be personalised and integrated into our lives. A continuous, gentle journey toward better maintenance and, when possible, self-improvement. Technology is changing the way we live; now we need to change the way we think. This doesn’t mean abandoning authenticity; being true and direct in our communications and seeking to inspire change others is key. This is the context in which we seek to add value developing better insights and designing more effective communications strategies. It demands more imagination, more collaboration and more vision – this is our mission at Page & Page. To be more imaginative, to be more insightful, co-creating with you the communication solutions that enable you to shape your market.
