I built and led a cohesive Bookings Production team, who collaboratively managed the diary arrangements of 14 sound engineers and successfully met clients needs and expectations.Headed recruitment for the Bookings team. I was passionate about optimising talent and having a team that loved working together – I oversaw training, coaching and appraisals, plus led grievance and disciplinary meetings to ensure that company values were met and team members produced consistent, high quality work.Managed procurement processes, rates cards and deals. I built strong, productive client relationships, which helped win new business, retain clients and increase revenue. I developed a new streamlined rate card that was replicated by competitors across the industry, enabling more efficient invoicing and improved client relations.I supervised a significant restructure of the business so that operations were based in a single location, reducing operating costs and improving customer experiences. This included coordinated logistics, liaising with contractors and transferring 16 staff to new premises with minimal business disruption.Employee of the Year in 2011.

Appointed to join a team of 8 Bookings Coordinators based across three different locations, I working to ensure that clients received the same high level of service in each facility. A front of house role manning a busy reception, I also undertook initial briefs, advised clients on potential solutions and scheduled in-house audio sessions across 12 studios. I delivering further administrative support that enabled clients to streamline their projects and work to tight deadlines, by:• Assisting with voiceover casting and script clearance. • Sourcing partner facilities across UK and internationally when voiceovers were based outside of London. • Closely monitoring budgets and keeping clients informed about their costs. In addition to managing advertising and broadcast short-form projects, I was fortunate to coordinated audio post on a number of large scale television productions, including The Thick of It (BBC Two) and Terry Pratchett’s Hogfather (Sky One).Further tasks included assisting with marketing campaigns, print communications, newsletters and events.
