The population I help support spans all levels and amounts to around 1,000 employees across the country. I am involved in a wide variety of areas including performance management, employee relations, onboarding, engagement, and reporting. My day to day responsibilities include utilizing a variety of HR transaction and reporting systems including PeopleSoft and I-9 E-verify. I assist with transfers, separations, general employee questions, and often have the opportunity to present information to our leadership teams and influence people related decisions. Finally, I contribute to various specialty work streams such as planning a nationwide training event, implementing a new employee engagement survey, and improving our onboarding orientation.
