Responsible for sales and growth of the Prevena Incision Management device in surgical settings

#1 in sales (out of 8 US Zones) for 10 quarters. Responsible for field research, development and education with new procedures and applications for the Alexis product. Created and presented product education sales strategies to the US and Australia Sales Teams. Initiated and managed the opening of over 160 accounts specific to carrying the Alexis in various specialties; general surgery, OBGYN, orthopedics, colorectal, cardiovascular and urology. Developed relationships with all levels within the Hospital including C-suite, Materials Management, Infection Control and Risk Management. Worked closely with the Field Sales Team, Clinical Development, National Sales Training Program and the Corporate Office on strategies and implementation of new products.

Responsible for managing and developing new business in the Southern Colorado territory, which includes South Denver, Colorado Springs and Grand Junction. Area of sales included Cardiovascular, Vascular, Urology, General, Bariatric, Colorectal, Orthopedic and Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Responsible for surgeon based selling and education to generate revenue resulting in the #1 District in the Nation by servicing accounts and building product sales within those accounts. Facilitated Northern California Kaiser Permanente Initiative to successfully convert 11 Hospitals within 6 months. Actively participated in over 100 surgical cases per quarter. Successfully integrated additional product into 12 accounts within the first 6 months.

Cultivated relationships with customer base in the Arizona territory and uncovered additional surgeon needs through cold calling and relationship sales. Provided hospital evaluation and conversion support in Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, Nevada and Arizona territories.

Assisted with new hire orientation, maintained accurate and up to date human resource files, records and documentation, coordinated interviews from entry level to C-suite applicants, performed periodic audits of HR files and records
