Much as I would like to say that I've never known a life without the Working Time Regulations and that TUPE pre-2006 is an unknown quantity, as an employment lawyer with over 20 years experience, I have to confess to cutting my teeth on the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 and to days spent in the industrial tribunal. My work now focusses on keeping our clients and lawyers up to date with the changes and trends in employment law including developing seminar and other client training programmes. I am also involved in business development planning and client relationship management. Most likely to be found - reading a book, talking (occasionally but never at work...) and eating and drinking.Least likely to be found - playing any sport that involves hitting a ball (too embarassing), 'enjoying the snow', anywhere on skis
