-In-depth analysis of existing SQL database solutions, their improvement and adjustment.-Analysis of the requirements of the customers, ascertainment of the existing state and resources of the infrastructure. Identifying the appropriate approach to data collection, transformation and consolidation.-Development and deployment of the required solution using MS SQL, Azure Databricks, Power BI, etc.-Support for migration of an existing onprem database (MS SQL) to the cloud (Azure Databricks).-Optimization and improvement of PBI reports, creation of dashboard templates for better user experience. -Leading reccuring PowerBI training for developers within the team.

-Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Environment, Health & Safety process, systems and databases related to several core EHS activities across the region in line with Eaton's EHS approach. -Maintaining and creating various automated Power BI dashboards (regional and global) as well as improving user experience through educating end users.-Developing and maintaining the EHS SharePoint sites including creation of SP site structure, lists and surveys. Coordinating Business process improvement, monitoring all running projects in HRS (regional and global).
