My mission has always been focused on opening pathways for others to move ahead in their career. It is the through-line that unites my roles in tech education, career coaching and talent acquisition (and even my volunteer work as a producing partner and event moderator.) A natural connector and born nurturer, I've found my calling helping others connect to and steer their careers in the creative and tech scene. Combining my decade of recruiting experience with my tech education background, I use the skills I’ve gained positioning talent for my clients to teach and guide others to successfully develop the skills and materials they need to grow, launch or pivot their careers in tech.
