Internship in the framework of my Bachelor thesis included monitoring corruption reports of the state agencies, interactions with law enforcement agencies and conducting audits of legal entities. Also, I was responsible for supporting the Head of the department in providing one-to-one consultations with clients and partners

The summer internship was focused on the development of the company’s business card site and promotion of the company with the use of Google Adwords and SEM

The internship was focused on researching the public management in the digitalisation of the Ukrainian banking system (its operational effectiveness in the financial sector, possible cooperation with insurance and credit companies) and conducting interviews with high-level officials of NBU

During the summer internship, I had an opportunity to work in three different bank departments as Individual Customer Service Department, Lending Department, and Corporate Customer Service Department. I studied the general content of the types of retail banking business, and mastered the basics of arranging the bank's lending transactions and the specifics of granting and repaying certain types of loans. In the Corporate Customer Service Department, I took part in developing andimplementing new products for individual entrepreneurs.
