• Complex support of the Group companies during the process of passing through the legal due diligence as a part of preparation of the Prospectus for Initial Public Offering of Shares;• Participation in the process of preparation of the Group to the Initial Public Offering of Shares, implementation of internal procedure in accordance with the standards of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Interaction with lawyers, investment bankers, media;• Keeping records of wages of crew members in non-resident enterprises of the Group;• Complex control over the operating expenses on the company’s ships;• Work with non-resident banks, effecting of payments through the client-bank
