- handling all the cycle of event organizing;- arranging and holding weekly Group & Events meeting, prepare reports for weekly Revenue meeting;- promoting, selling and managing the venues, making site inspections professionally;- preparing contracts and ensuring maximum conversion of all business taken in the hotel; - compilation and distribution of function sheets, checking all the requests are properly handled by the departments;- keeping up to date paper and system based records using Opera Sales & Catering System;- ensuring client receives a detailed event order in advance of their event and we get payment in time;- building strong relationships with all guests, trying to increase returning business;- liaise between the client and the M&E Operational team;- supporting the Sales team in obtaining leads and participating in promotional activities; - handling effectively all comments or requests of the guests at any stage of event planning;- ensuring follow up calls are made and any complaints resolved swiftly.

- maintaining social media resources of the hotel, website primary administration; - coordinating with designers, printers and in-house departments the production of marketing and operational materials including hotel brochures, promotional flyers, special signage;- creating and executing event calendar for the year, including events and F&B promotions;- dealing with the mass media, organizing interviews with hotel management, photoshootings, videoshootings;- organizing promotional and client-oriented events;- creating and maintaining newsletter on the monthly basis;- monitoring and analyzing competitors’ promo activity;- holding presentations, promotional events.

- reception and sorting incoming calls, correspondence, e-mails; - receiving and directing visitors;- managing HM calendar, organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments with employees, partners, clients, guests;- writing minutes, preparing papers for meetings, taking action points;- making travel and event arrangements;- supervising, coordinating and supporting execution of the HM’s decisions, assignments and tasks; - assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for HM;- documents’ translation from/into English;- fulfilling personal requests of the HM, maintaining confidential records and files.
