Thank you for visiting my profile.I have a variety of skills that cover both testing and business analysis.During my studies and work in IT, I tried two different areas - testing and business analysis, which helped me to deepen my knowledge and understanding of product development and maintenance.As a QA, I worked with different types of data, its processing, and presenting it in a standardized way on the platform. I also used MySQL to view information in databases and read logs.Since working as a business analyst on the project, I have gained the following competencies:- Requirements gathering skills (documentation analysis, interviews, and surveys) and analysis of collected requirements.- Description and optimization of business processes in different departments of the company. I also passed a course on BPMN notations and am actively using this knowledge to further automate the company's processes.- Development and creation of documentation: roadmaps, SRS, use cases, and meeting notes.I have practical experience in creating prototypes in Figma for SlackBot, as well as conducting UAT to ensure that the developed functionality meets the requirements.I also organize and conduct project meetings, prepare workshops for the team, and hold demonstration meetings for stakeholders.With a strong foundation in both testing and business analysis, I am ready to bring a valuable viewpoint to any project.
