- Développement et gestion commerciale: recherche de nouveaux clients, suivi des contrats clients, création base de données ; Gestion des achats (appel d'offres et gestion fournisseurs, suivi des achats techniques et services, pilotage et suivi de chantier) - Gestion administratif et comptable : mise en place les procédures administratives ; gestion de facturation et commandes, préparation des éléments comptables pour l’expert-comptable, Gestion des dossiers en amont pour l’avocat entreprise (litige), reporting vers le siège en Autriche, gestion du personnel étranger détaché (60 pers)- Sécurité : adaptation de politique HSE, pilotage de certification MASE; relation avec les autorités - Gestion ressources humaines : préparation paie salariés; suivi congés caisse BTP, en charge desembauches; de l’élection des représentants du personnel, organisation délocalisation du siège social,gestion du personnel étranger détaché

-Gestion des factures fournisseurs suivi et relance-Gestion des commandes sur SAP-Préparation des appels d'offres-Suivi de budget

•Research new market opportunities and map out potential customers and competitors;•Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on sales prospects;•Compilation/creation of the annual/monthly marketing plan and budget up to 350K€;•Develop procedures for competitive research and analysis. Create SWOT analysis. •Determine the probability and the cost of gaining a certain share of the market. Take part in developing of strategies of the company to get a larger share of the market at the expense of the competition and implementing it;•Marketing Communication and coordination of the media-plan realization (from creation up to realisation);•Develop procedures for E-Marketing/Internet marketing services for clients;•Compilation of plans of marketing campaign (seminars, conferences) according to a policy of the company;•Elaboration of corporate standards, brandbook;Creation web site: http://www.mmds.ua

•Compilation/creation of the annual marketing budget 400k€ (=11M€ UAH), statistic reports of the company: the weekly comparative analysis of activity of managers •Collection and control of monthly plans of managers, preparation of the reports. •Selection, ordering and distribution of promotional materials.•Coordination of the media-plan realization. Writing, placing of the information on company’s web-site, Newsletters of the company.•Compilation of plans of marketing campaign (seminars, conferences). •The organization and carrying out of corporate and marketing actions (Présentations 1000 pers et 300 pers, seminars).•Filling and control Competitor Price Report (CPR). •Participation in marketing researches of the company: SWOT, gathering and processing of the information as to competitors.
