Kateryna has more than 13 years of experience working in IT. She is an expert in test management, security testing, and introducing test processes into an organisation. Since 2017 Kateryna has been in head of QA department (42 people in Ukraine) in Itera, focusing on employees’ retention, people management and their competence development.Kateryna has successful experience of building security competence inside the distributed multi-cultural organization. Together with the team of security professionals, she has completed several security projects and became promoter of security and DevSecOps culture in the organization.Kateryna has successful experience of working on-site (Oslo, Norway; London, UK) in tight cooperation with customer. She participated in testing complex financial and insurance systems, completed 15+ projects with distributed delivery models. Has worked in different roles (Test Engineer, Test Manager, Test Advisor, Trainer, Security Testing Specialist, Performance Testing Junior Specialist, Project Coordinator).Kateryna is a speaker and co-founder of IT conferences (QA Fest, .NET Fest, JS Fest), actively contributes to the development of the test community in Ukraine.
