I was born in a small town in a big country. Today I live in the city of Kharkiv. I have extensive experience in tourism, which began about 10 years ago. I am also the wife of a wonderful husband and the mother of the cutest cat.I started working when I was 17 years old and have always climbed the career ladder in any job I chose. Every day I learn, challenge myself and never stop.My first conscious work was in a company that was engaged in the Work And Travel program, the work was connected with students and the dream States, every day someone's dream was fulfilled and it was at that time that the vector of my further development was formed. In 2017, having no experience in tourism, I challenged myself and went into a completely new, but very interesting field. My journey began with the work of a tourism manager and direct work with tourists, and today I work in an international, the largest tourism company of Ukraine. In my work, I like to give emotions, to open the horizons of our world to people, to help them learn new countries, traditions, and cuisine. Today, my responsibilities include communication with agents, partners, solving various situations, consulting agents in leading directions, conducting webinars and seminars, and organizing/supporting advertising tours. During her work at the tour operator, i visited a large number of countries, developed speaking and organizational skills, mastered the tour booking system, and learned how to interact with partners.
