Katesha serves as the Senior Associate Director for Advance Carolina and the North Carolina Black Alliance where she supports all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization. Katesha works in alignment with the Executive Director to organize and prioritize critical issues and helps to triage and engage staff as needed for resolution. Her position affords her the ability to work in alignment with executive leadership to achieve the vision of building political and economic power in Black communities and institutions in North Carolina.Her most recent past work experience includes serving as an Account Manager at IMI Association Executives. Her role included supporting IMI clients, International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA), as their Executive Director; APA Division 56 Trauma Psychology, as their Executive Director and International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation & Learning (INACSL), as their Operations Manager.
