Belong to a co-op of teachers who teach a variety of yoga styles in a "donation-based" studio environment.Teach alignment based vinyasa (flow) and gentle Iyengar yoga classes to students of all ages and abilities.

Facilitated weekly yoga classes for children (age 11-17) placed in interim housing shelter. Created art projects and discussion circles in addition to leading traditional yoga classes with weekly themes.

Owned and Operated the areas first, Yoga and Pilates studio and acted as a center of well-being for area residents and visitors.
