I am responsible for ensuring that the organisation maximises its investment in key products such as iShare and Sharepoint. Identifying ways to exploit informationto improve business processes. I am also the business owner of the Welsh Government's Business Directory. My key responsibilities are: - Developing a range of KIM initiatives to support knowledge sharing in the organisation - Taking forward specific actions from the new KIM strategy (once agreed) - Developing the collaborative toolkit, which will include guidance, communication and awareness raising - Leading the integration of the business directory into the new HR SAP system including data testing - Defining the solution to displaying skills and qualifications into the business directory - Developing guidance on utilising knowledge in social media - Evaluating the sharepoint team site pilots and making recommendations for further developments
