After completing my Bachelor of Commerce degree KBRS hired me on full time. I am responsible for completing reference checks, uploading job descriptions and advertisements on a variety of job boards, assisting on compiling and creating proposals, researching and compiling possible candidates for client's jobs, prepared communication memos for clients to distribute regarding updates on the search. I also assist in creating polls that aid committees to make decisions. Near the end of a search I am responsible for creating a package that sums up the entire process for the committee to review.

During my final year of my Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Memorial University I was able to work time part time with KBRS.
