There was a need to increase the productivity and development of the few bilingual agent existing in the company, so I relocated and took the position with only a couple dozen bilingual agents and assisted in the recruiting, training, and development of growing the bilingual group to over 60 bilingual agents to better assist our Spanish speaking clientele more efficiently.
