After beginning my recruitment career as a Consultant in this fast-paced and target driven environment, I achieved Senior Consultant status within a year.Main responsibilities included income generation and hitting targets via the selection and placement of qualified and newly qualified teaching staff. This was on both a permanent and temporary basis. Excellent customer service for both the clients and candidates was paramount to my success and facilitated long-term relationships.
