While working at Australia’s most awarded creative agency, I managed and mentored a large account service team, and was responsible for leading the creative campaign development from brief through to production on four key accounts. My role involved building strong relationships across all levels: I worked cross-functionally alongside strategists, creative directors, TV/digital/print producers and designers, implementing everything from million dollar brand campaigns through to new product launches and retail activations.

As the team lead on three accounts, I needed to ensure all marketing activity was delivered on time, accurately reported on, fully optimised and analysed to drive insights to enhance ROI.
