Throughout my career I have gained invaluable experience working along side large retail organisations including B&Q, Homebase, Wickes and Focus. My responsibilities have included working with these companies in areas including PR, POS, packaging designs and merchandising solutions to achieve the best sales results and brand awareness within the constraints provided.My skill set includes a working knowledge in a variety of design software packages including Quark Express, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. In addition to these specialised packages I have used all Microsoft Office applications on a day to day basis. I have a particularly strong understanding of Excel having been responsible for creation, delivery and management of analytical data with in a sales and marketing environment. My previous roles have included production and control of range management documentation and the identification of KPI’s with the purpose of reducing E&O to optimal levels.My experience in category and critical path management and experience as a product manager within the retail, manufacturing and education sector would make me a valuable addition to your organisation. Within my product management roles I have learned that communication is a key skill required to achieve success our field, I have worked closely with sales directors, NPD managers and general sales teams to deliver results.
