Scope of leadership included the wholesale and retail finance teams, responsible for all long range planning, budgeting, dynamic forecasting, internal controls and the close cycle. Following the acquisition of the Stride Rite Corporation from Collective brands, I co-led post acquisition charters which identified optimal efficiencies, organizational structure and process mapping for the finance, merchandising and operations teams, retail lease administration, loss prevention and purchasing. -
