-- Provided short and long-term freelance support to marketing and brand teams within Truth Initiative, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Penn Mutual Life Insurance, The Ad Club of Boston, Lifecycle Womancare and more.-- Ramped quickly in order to cover maternity leaves and FMLA absences, integrating into established teams and effectively carrying the baton within ongoing projects and campaigns. -- Embedded into the BCBSMA’s owned brand channel teams, overseeing the implementation and rollout of Sprinklr social technology, managing a team of channel specialists and optimizing management and reporting capabilities.-- Joined the Truth Initiative team for multiple stints, running anti-vaping ad campaigns, influencer strategies and drug abuse curriculum.-- Partnered with Marblehead’s Superintendent of Schools to establish and operationalize the communication channels necessary to reopen the district in 2020, and to conduct effective community listening.-- Provided pro-bono brand, marketing, fundraising and operational leadership for the Marblehead Current, a start-up nonprofit newspaper. Built the brand from scratch and executed cross-channel plans to establish trust and traction.

What was supposed to be a few months of pinch hitting turned into 16 months of teamwork. Working as part the Brand Marketing team, I ran the build, implementation, training and use of BCBSMA's new Sprinklr platform. When the pandemic started I served on a cross-functional team to define and execute BCBSMA's real-time and ongoing response to customer needs, including strategic development for the upcoming COVID-19 vaccine campaign.
