I am a Water and Natural Resources attorney with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. I help clients navigate uncertainty, regulatory compliance, and litigation, focused on water quality and water supply. My current work includes: PFAS risk mitigation, various California General Permits compliance and enforcement support, historic groundwater contamination investigation and remediation, complex multi-party litigation representation, water rights litigation and administrative work for clients in the mining industry, land use development, rulemaking support, and more. Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked in environmental regulation, water quality, and land use planning; I've honed technical skills and sat on every side of the table. My depth of experience in aquatic chemistry, hydrology, geospatial science, natural resource development, and land use across the country allows me to quickly identify practical approaches to complex resource planning and mitigating risks. I also dedicate time to serving my pro bono clients and on the University of Utah’s Young Alumni Association.
