As an Associate Product Marketing Manager for ArcGIS Urban, I am passionate about empowering city planners with 3D software that transforms the way they work. As the Lead Author for both the ArcGIS Hub and ArcGIS Enterprise Sites teams, I authored technical documentation, managed the CMS, and produced copy for UX designs. My expertise in technical writing, content creation, and user experience allowed me to develop and implement effective communication strategies that enhanced user engagement and improve customer satisfaction.I was responsible for creating a wide range of content, including blog posts, marketing content, monthly email blasts, and other educational materials that helped users better understand the functionality of ArcGIS Hub and ArcGIS Enterprise Sites and best practices for using them. By doing so, I was able to effectively communicate complex technical information in an easy-to-understand format.As a result of my contributions, the ArcGIS Hub and ArcGIS Enterprise Sites teams were able to effectively engage with customers and provide them with the information they needed to make informed decisions. I also collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to ensure that all content was aligned with the company's overall brand messaging and product vision.
