Tradedesk Team Leader for Bloomberg’s Sell Side Execution and Order Management System (SSEOMS). SSEOMS combines Market Access and Order Management that is integrated with the core Bloomberg Professional service to offer a robust and complete order management system. Key Responsibilities:• Management of escalated issues on the desk, including working closely with Incident Management on high severity issues. • Provide outage reporting and analysis of service trends to senior management, Sales, Account Management, Product Development and R&D. • Business Continuity contact for Trading Solutions EMEA.• Troubleshooting and resolution of client issues, reading FIX protocol to follow the order flow. • Liaising with Implementation, Account Management, and R&D and to ensure our clients are getting platinum level customer service from the point they go live.• Hiring and onboarding of new talent into the team, ensuring the right mixture of knowledge and skill sets to best service our clients. • Manage and develop my direct reports, understanding their personal career aspirations or developmental goals.

Supporting clients using Bloomberg's Sellside Order Management System and responding to live incoming client queries. Troubleshooting time sensitive trading issues.

Provided analysis and data to Bloomberg 320,000 plus clients through real-time chats, phone calls and face to face training, assisting on all aspects of the Bloomberg Professional Service.

Provided customer service to clients answering phone calls from Bloomberg’s global client base, including customers based in France.
